In 1950, Barbara Jones (sister of Faith Jones who later became Faith RInggold) married Jo Jo Knight. These pictures taken by Howard D'Laigle Sr. document this event. D'Laigle was a good friend and favorite photographer of Mme. Willi Posey, Faith's mother. In this case, these photographs not only document the event Barbara's wedding but also the formal beginnings of Posey's fashion designing business. She designed and made all the dresses.
